Established in 1980, Linc, Lighting & Electrical is a professional electrical service and lighting maintenance company serving over 5,000 commercial, industrial and large residential association properties. Property Management firms, such as Koll Company, Insignia/ESG, CB Richard Ellis and Merit Property Management have recognized it for its Outstanding Customer Service. In 2002, the company was a recipient of the first Top Gun vendor of the year award from The Irvine Company. Linc, Lighting & Electrical received the Institute of Real Estate Management Award for the Vendor of the Year in 2006. It is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners Management Association (BOMA) and San Diego County Apartment Association (SDCAA).
