To make life easier for our customers, we come by to pick up computers for service, or we can stay in your home or business for an additional $10/hour. Don't like strangers in your home? That's fine. Quite a few problems can be solved remotely - we use software powered by Citrix to remotely access your computer while you sit at home and fix your problems.
