One of the reasons for purchasing expensive tires from sams was the free maintenance. When returning for the free rotation I was met by rude employees. They was only one car in the bay three open slots. After one hour my car still had not been seen. It has now been 2 hours and car is not ready. I was told after the first hour that it would take 15 minutes more. Rude employees short staff long wait is not worth the rotation here. It is now over 2 hrs and I'm still waiting.

I have been to the Sams Club in Tuscaloosa, AL about 5 or 6 times and mostly everytime there has been a problem. Some of the employees are rude and don't want to provide good customer service. I don't understand the problem with this particular Sams Club. I have visited several Sams Club locations in the United States and has never had a problem except at the Sams Club in Tuscaloosa, AL. My husband was with me on two of my occassions and made the same comment about the Sams Club in Tuscaloosa, AL. I hope the store manager adjust the attitudes of his employees and the atmosphere of his store soon.
