I saw Dr Grelle Saturday Dec 31st at Med Center South in Tuscaloosa, AL. I had bronchitis and was there to be treated a second time because I was sicker. I was there when they opened at 9:00 and was the 18th person to be checked in. After waiting for 4 hours, 2 of which was in room, I stepped out of the room to ask if I was close to being finished because I was so sick I didn't think I could sit up much longer and I needed to go to bed. Dr Grelle said to me, "We have already seen 40 patients and you are welcome to leave and go home anytime you want, we will get to you when we can". All I needed was my new medication at the point she said this to me. I could not believe a doctor would speak this way to a patient. It was the rudest I have ever been treated in my life!
