Dr. McLendon is the best veterinarian we have ever met. He is the most knowledgeable, professional and kind person you will ever meet. His staff is outstanding and most helpful. Dr. McLendon is by far the best vet in the State of Alabama. We highly recommend him.

I WOULD PERSONALLY RECOMMEND DR. MCLENDON AND HIS STAFF VERY HIGHLY. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND DR. MCLENDON VERY INFORMATIVE TO MY HUSBAND AND I IN REGARDS TO OUR PUPPY. IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE TAKING TIME AND CARE OF PEOPLE'S PETS. l herring
Dr. McClendon is the most caring, kind-hearted and professional veterinarian I've ever used. He explains everything in terms that ANYONE can understand and is wonderful with his patients. I recommend Dr. McClendon to everyone looking for a veterinarian and have never heard anything negative from anyone who has ever used him. Dr. McClendon cares very much about his patients and their owners. He is always very helpful and patient when we have questions for him. His staff is very friendly and always welcoming. I would definitely recommend Dr. McClendon's office to anyone who wants to take good care of their dog/cat.
You won't find a more committed vet in Tuscaloosa. Dr. McLendon has taken good care of my pet for many years and is consistently patient with all my questions. He is also a kind man. I would recommend that you visit him first thing in the morning because he tends to get backed up, and it may be stressful for your animal--and you!--to wait for long in the small waiting area where other sick, loud, and/or stressed-out animals are also waiting.
