I have lived in a College Station Property my entire college career and I loved it! If I ever had a problem they would fix it as soon as possible and were always very friendly. I would highly reccommend living in a College Station owned property!

I enjoy living in Preston place. They have nice apartments, but the location is what makes this place so worth it. I wish I lived here all four years.

Great location reasonable prices, great staff. Never had to wait more than an hour or two to have something fixed (it was rare when things went wrong). Lived here for 3 years, going on 4

I have been living with College Station for three months now and have been very happy during my time there. My roomates and I plan on leasing with them again for next year. If we ever have any issues with our apartment, it is always taken care of in a timely manner. The parking at our unit is never an issue as it is with some places in Tuscaloosa. College Station does a good job of making sure that it is only people that live in their units parking in our lots. I would reccomend College Station to any student that wants a quality unit in walking distance of the campus!
