This office is great! It is the cleanest I have ever been in and the staff treat your pet like they are family. My baby a a procedure done, Dr. Cole called 3 times to update me on her condition and to check on her.

Dr.Cole has been able to treat my pup & has him on his way to healthy. My last vet kept "trying things" that never worked, my pup was near serious condition. His staff is nice on & off the job should you ever meet them out side of work. "Bedside manner" is good too, if he fixes my pup I'm glad!!!! Nothing negative to say!

I can't believe that there actually 6 people in this town that think this highly of Dr. Cole. We have been using 69 So. for nearly 7 yrs now for 2 different dogs. During that time, we have liked the staff, but only tolerated Dr. Cole. His diagnosis and treatments have been accurate, but his "bedside manner" to the owner is best described as the expletive version of egotistical and sarcastic. If you let on that your pet means the world to you, or express any worry, he'll bury you with insensitive wise cracks and comments. If you express displeasure with the behavior, it only worsens. Draw the line and ask him to stop the wise cracks and just be professional, he'll drop you, and turn your furry loved one away. As mentioned earlier, this has been building over the last 7 years, not a knee jerk over one incident. I wouldn't trust him to pet my dog.

We can't say enough about the care our pets have received from Dr. Cole and his staff. Dr. Cole is very patient, and caring. His medical expertise has been spot on. Mary and Shannon have always been very helpful. We think they are all great.

Dr. Cole and his staff go above and beyond! They are all very patient, gentle, friendly, and caring. Dr. Cole is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy with upstanding character. I have never been more satisfied with a veterinary clinic. You won't find this quality service and personal care anywhere.

Dr. Cole was great. I didn't have an appointment, but they got me in anyway. I saw the doctor within ten minutes. The nurses and Dr. Cole were very sweet with my kitten, even though he was less than cooperative. They explained everything that was wrong and what I could expect. I would feel comfortable leaving him there anytime he was sick. They are very helpful. I highly recommend them, even though it is a little out of the way.

EXTREMELY NICE! I am a student and fairly new to the area. I went to the spa and began telling the owner about my new kitten and that I had taken him to Dr. Cole. The minute I mentioned the name Cole she immediately recognized it and spoke highly of him. Dr. Cole was such a nice man and even administered the advantage to my kitten himself. I am from an urban area and never in my life have I seen even the most highly rated vets administer Advantage themselves instead of handing you the box and charging you $$big bucks$$ for the string of treatments. He told me that as long as he came back in a month for his second kitten shots he would be just fine. VERY good experience. HIGHLY Recommended. I don' t care what competitive prices others are offering, this vet was great!

Dr. Cole has always gone the extra mile to help us out with our beloved pets. My brother passed away a few years ago and Dr. Cole met our cousin at his clinic on the weekend and boarded our new puppy so we wouldn't have to wait until Monday to know that our puppy would be taken care of while we were gone. He has always called and checked up on our dogs when we have brought them home after a procedure to make sure that they are doing ok. His staff is always nice to us and our dogs too.We would not take our animals to ANYONE ELSE!!
