I ordered a wood table from Woods Turlock. The delivery men brought it in and told me to look it over while they got the chairs. My husband and I paid a lot for this table and wanted it to be perfect. The table had two globs in the center of some black substance. The delivery men said that it wouldn't come off and they called the furniture store to see what to do. The salesperson got on the phone with me and asked what the problem was. I told her we wanted to get a new table minus the black glob. She told me that they were canceling our order and not reordering a defect free table for us. They didn't want to be stuck with it in their showroom. They said that they could charge us a 50% restocking fee. That's customer service at Woods. BEWARE!
