Provided by YP.comI had been a customer with the sharpening shop for many years, decades. Buying quality commercial saw and chains and parts. My saw failed and I needed parts and instead of ordering on the computer, used their business to get it running again. Had a problem with the parts so I was in a bind and dropped it off for them to check and get it going again. When I picked it up, they did a lot of work that I did not think was necessary but I needed it. Had a rather large bill. Took it home and it lasted a few seconds before it blew the plug and pulled the threads. Took it back and another charge to put in a coil type thread. Ran it a few weeks and it blew the plug again. Now they said the cylinder and piston are no good and not worth fixing and want more more to diagnose it. Now it is 8/9 years old but it was good enough to get almost $700 into it but now not worth fixing!
