Founded in 1916, Yosemite Farm Credit, formerly known as Federal Land Bank Association of Yosemite, is a financing cooperative owned by its borrowers and offers a variety of financing solutions for farming operations. The company is part of the national Farm Credit System and serves more than 5,000 customers in the California counties of Stanislaus, Merced, Tuolumne, Mariposa and Fresno. The company s flexible financial services include a variety of farm mortgage loans, livestock loans, feed and hay loans, milk quota loans, operating loans, inventory and account receivable loans, and tree and vineyard development and letters of credit. In addition, Yosemite Farm Credit offers a wide array of other financial products, including revolving lines of credit, flexible rate options, cash management accounts, various leasing and appraisal services and credit life insurance. Yosemite Farm Credit is headquartered in Turlock, Calif., and operates branch offices in Los Banos, Merced, Modesto, Oakdale and Patterson, Calif.
