waited three hours for someone to show up per appointment. supposed to treat inside and out. never came inside. when I called the 800# customer service rep said he showed the treatment complete but did not inspect inside. I would have sat home all day if cust. ser. did not tell me he or she claimed to have been here. this has happened before with appt. and no inspection. very sad.
