bought a recliner that I thought was a good name however as like most names their reputation didn't follow their product. The local store purchased from went out of business so the next selling store Boscov's won't service my chair due to it wasn't purchased from them that has 2 broken springs. They have a service crew that does the repair work but won't as wasn't purchased from them. I tried calling lane's customer service # it states mail box full and hangs up.. I've sent 2 e-mails to them -- surprising no response imagine that??? what good is your name if you don't stand up for it? Sad when one buys a name and has MADE IN AMERICA on it and seems to produce a sub quality product much less stand behind it

Bought a reclining sofa chair, hardly sat on, it is upstairs in a game room, no kids in house. the leather is starting to shred. I would not recommend this product. I have a leather chair downstairs that has a thousand hours of use no problem. Upstairs may have fifty hours.

We have a sofa with both ends that open into a recliner. After only a year and a half both recliners are broke. We flipped the sofa over to find many screws on the floor. Also the foot rest on one has lost its cushion and it dips down and very uncomfortable to rest your feet on. We are extremely disappointed as we paid a lot of money for this furniture. We are a middle class family and we can not afford to buy another piece of furniture. Not happy, not happy at all!!!

i bought 2 recliners a couch and a double recliner (lane) from darvins furniture in orland park illinois 2012 the double recliner need cushion repair which took three months to get the cushions in by the time the repair was done my warrnty had expired the recliner is still very out of shape i was told that i had to pay for any other repairs on a set thats barely a year old darvins do not stand by their product nor does lane after i give this awful peice to a college student i will never purchase a lane product ever
