The Family Medicine Residency Center is a health care facility that offers medical care, clinical laboratory and X-ray services for people of all ages. It features a library, conference room, resident physician s office space, and educational and examination units. The Family Medicine Residency Center serves the physician training and recruitment needs of medical communities, as well as offers hands-on training in the various procedures of surgery, emergency medicine, obstetrics, pulmonology, pediatrics, and neurology. Its internship training curriculum also includes topics related to gynecology, geriatrics, psychiatry, cardiology and family medicine services. Located in Tupelo, Miss., the Family Medicine Residency Center is a part of North Mississippi Health Services, which operates various health care clinics and offers skilled nursing services.
