Purchased my first new car here last week and was very pleased with the process. They were very patient with me and were straight forward with price and terms.

I went to buy a vehicle ther along wit my dad. Theo Greer stated to my dad, jeremy, tina, marvin, the recordings, text msgs, vmails, & myself that I was getting a 2010 Honda Accord wit a payment that went from 360 to 380 to 389.92. The payment consist of gap, credit life due to my illness, and extended warranty which included all electrical, windows, power train, & bumper to bumper. Theo came to get me on my job to go to my dads house to get papers sign. In the process, he gives me customer info on wat she pd down, her.credit, & all confidential info. Wrong. We gets to my dad house & he repeats all again had all of it.in my payment. He drops me off at wk @ 6:02 so he can turn paperwk to clint. He leaves my car in the parking lot. When I finally find my contract in my glove dept.after repeatingly calling him. He call on that friday 2 days later saying he was told by clint wright my payments will be 420 e/ extended warranty. I dont him u didnt say that u sd I had it. He then says he did

I do not highly recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this dealer. Last June my husband and I went and thought we were getting a brand new car only to find out later that it had been used. We ended up paying double for the car. They added unnessary stuff to the car like gout insurance...When I called to get this removed they refused and said they could not remove it. I am very disgusted with this car dealer ship. I will never refer anyone to buy a nissan at this dealer.. Also when we got the vehicle the guy that sold it to us said that we could get oil changes and everything would be covered until we reached 60,000 miles... This is not the case if I need the oil changed I have to pay them to do it. Also we took a vehicle to trade in for the car that we got.. The following Monday I got a call from where we were buying the other vehicle from, Nissan had took the vehicle back over there and told them that it was a repo. So once again unless you want to be ripped off do not go to there
