He is awesome. He knows what he’s doing and actually cares. He put a whole new unit in our house and did a great job. I Definitely recommend him.

I never thought my AC would go out on me, but it did on Tuesday night. I contacted Mark at 10 p.m. that evening. He was at my home at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The contractor who is updating my home accidently accidentally turned off the electrical breaker to my AC when he was trying to turn off the electricity to my stove. Mark quickly diagnosed the situation and flipped the electricity to my AC back on at the electrical box. Instead of telling me, "The capacitor was bad, the AC needed more freon, the fan motor needed replacing, he TOLD ME THE TRUTH. He said nothing was wrong my my AC, and that it got cut off accidently by my contractor when he was cutting off electricity to my stove. He flipped the switch back on,.....and now my home is COOL. That speaks of Mark Bruce honesty. How many times do you get that from people in general? Not many times. Most of the time, we all know that bad news travels faster than good news. Well, not today. This good news needs to travel and people look for people with character, integrity, honesty, commitment, trustworthy, work ethic, quality of work, and just "Doing What's Right". As I always say, "If you are HOT, it is time to call MARK". I would not let anyone else touch my AC or Heating unit by Mark Bruce. There are the rest, and then you have the best. Mark is a man who has earned my trust and business by doing quality work and doing what he says. What more can you ask for? In this heat, you need dependability and with Mark you get that. Mark and I never knew each other, but through his work, we have become great friends. Mark is a good man. If you have AC or heating problems, Call Mark first! You won't regret it.
