General Info
Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative World Religions from the University of Florida. He received his Masters in Social Work from Marywood University and is current completing his Doctorate in Social Work at Capella University. With more than 20 years experience treating adults, families and children from a holistic perspective, Victor specializes in anxiety/trauma, substance abuse, autism, and LGBTQ issues. Dr. Noble holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida. She originally received her training as an apprentice in acupuncture in Gainesville, Florida beginning in 1993. Upon moving to Pennsylvania, she returned to graduate school and received her Masters in Acupuncture from Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine. She holds a graduate degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). She also holds a Doctorate in Oriental Medicine from MUIH. She is pursuing her second Doctoral degree at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Additionally, she is a board-certificated Diplomate in Acupuncture with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She brings with her more than 23 years in the study, research and practice of acupuncture in patients from babies though the elderly. She believes in working hand in hand with her patients and their medical/mental health professionals to bring an integrated approach to patient care. She is also a walking testament for how acupuncture can help someone live their life again, Dr. Noble believes in working hand in hand with patients and their medical/mental health professionals to bring an integrated approach to patient care.
