i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because Renee Barnes is the best stylist in there. I was stuck in the 80s with my last hair style but Renee changed all that. She is wonderful at what she does and she takes pride in her work. I referred my mother in law too her and now she won`t let anyone else do her hair. And neither will I Renee you are awesome.
