The Tulsa Development Authority is responsible for utilizing private and public resources for the advancement of the physical, social and economic well-being of citizens. The authority undertakes new development and renovation projects. It offers rehabilitation and emergency repair assistance programs. The Tulsa Development Authority also handles projects for parks, schools, apartments, hospitals, condominiums and hotels. The authority has undertaken projects for Kendall Whittier School and Arkansas River West Bank Apartments & Homes. It works in collaboration with the government, business and residential sectors. In addition, the authority undertakes tax incentive programs. The Tulsa Development Authority offers low-interest home improvement loans and emergency grants.
