The salesmen was nice enough, a little aggressive, but I have experienced worse. Picked out the furniture, the sectional wasn’t in stock but not a special order and the recliner had to be special ordered. Our nice enough but a little aggressive salesmen stated that the furniture would be in, in 3 to 4 weeks, in time for Thanksgiving. 5 weeks later, no call from anyone about anything. So, I call them and I am told that the sectional is available but now they don’t even have an ETA on the recliner. We went from 3 to 4 weeks to NO ETA. So I ask does that mean another 5 weeks? 5 months?....crickets... But if I want to have my sectional delivered I can do that but I would have to pay extra to have the recliner delivered when it comes in…in 5 weeks…5 months or I could have my furniture that I already paid for sit there until…5 weeks…5 months? Of course if I cancel, I have to pay them to restock something that was never made or delivered. How long am I supposed to wait…remember NO ETA. I got no apologies, no offer to waive the second delivery fee, no, let me see what I can find out, NOPE just “ I don’t’ have an ETA”. Never again would I purchase from these guys, first and last time. Too bad because they could’ve had a customer for life but instead I got, “I don’t have an ETA”

My wife & I went to every furniture store in Tulsa and Sunshine employee was the most helpful of all the others.the same quality furniture for a lot less money . a great place to buy! Steve

I wish I would have read this last week! Needless to say I just left the store making a but of myself ! But I did feel great for letting them know just how pissed I was in front of every customer in the store ...

My sister used to work for this company and I can tell you it's not wise to spend your money there. In the time that she worked there, I can tell you from experience that they have wonderful people willing to go above and beyond for the company and it is never appreciated in the least bit. I want to support a company that stands up for their employees and front line people...not treat them horribly. I have bought a few things from them but have decided that I will not be supporting that business at all.

10 Sales people sitting around a sectional in the middle of a over packed building with dinged up furniture. The salesman siad "no" to every question I had. I bought elsewhere!
prices are not bad but half the sales people resemble a wolf that has not eaten in a month.I almost would rather deal with a used car salesman
