Provided by YP.comWe have used Shelton's on at least 3 occasions and they have always been courteous, showed up on time, the quality of work was great, and their prices were as expected. I found them easy and pleasant to deal with.
Never use this service. They are TERRIBLE. They don't show up to appointments, they pretend things are fixed when they aren't, the lady who schedules appointments is very rude, and they refused to come out to my house because I told her she was being rude. Please don't waste your money. You will get terrible service.

Anyone. They refused to work with me on time. They never show up to appointments when you do take off work, the lady who schedules appointments is incredibly rude. Save yourself the hassle and call someone else.

Provided by YP.comI really wish I didn't have to give a star at all. I was originally referred by Samsung to have a recall/repair for an under the range microwave that was getting an SE error code. Samsung had authorized to pay for the repair. Long, long story short after Samsung sent out the authorization Shelton's sent a serviceman out to find out what was wrong. Appx 2 weeks later they call to tell me it is going to cost over $100 to fix the microwave which Samsung had issued the warranty repair to be done at no charge. Shelton's first told me I was going to have to pay for the parts because they couldn't return them. Then they call me this morning trying to reiterate this after I told them NO it is supposed to be a free repair. I even have an e-mail from Samsung stating that fact. I had been trying to handle the problem but my husband asked to speak to the lady on the phone. Needless to say he is frustrated as I am. He does have a little more gruff voice than I and after speaking with her for about 5 minutes I got on the phone to tell her again that HER repairman had said he was going to order additional parts because HIS ticket said it would all be covered and I might as well get the other parts and basically have a brand new microwave. I told him NO just replace the control panel. I am not trying to get something I don't need or deserve. Nor was I trying to get Shelton's be out of pocket for anything. Well... she was NOT going to listen to any of that. She started screaming at the top of her lungs telling me that my husband and I were making fun of her...WHAT?? We just want our warranty work done and have use of our microwave. Then, while screaming she warned me she was going to hang up and return my parts. Now mind you these are the parts she COULDN'T return. Never ever will I do business with this company again!! I feel like possibly the lady needs some medication. I will say Samsung has been very, very nice and even just called while I was typing this to tell me if the new service center Community Appliance is not able to fix my microwave they will let me go back to the store where it was purchased and exchange it for a NEW microwave. Well I am stepping off my soapbox now.

Provided by YP.comSheton was scheduled by Whirlpool to fix my 2006 model Cabrio washer. First I cancelled the service as I did not find good reviews. then after investigating further, I requested their service. Shelton did a super job in a timely and clean manner. I would highly recommend their service.

Provided by YP.comPlease heed this warning! Do not use this company for your appliance repair. They charged me almost $300 to repair my washing machine (and replace a part) and the problem only became worse. They did not tell me upfront that they only guaranteed their labor for 30 days. When I called them back, which was less than the 30 days, they were going to charge me another $93 service call. I had to end up purchasing a new machine and I am out the $300. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would, maybe 1/4 of one, if that.

I have been waiting for them to bring a part that they said what was wrong but then finally when they did come out THEY SAID THEY MADE A MISTAKE and it wasnt what was wrong! They said it was the door!! Are you kidding me! They are slow to come out and dont seem to care about the importance of the job. >:(

Provided by YP.comI had a Maytag Washer go out that was 6 mos old(that is another review), however I called Maytag to get a repair under warranty. This was the first company in the Tulsa area who had the first opening. That should have been my first clue. I called for service on Feb.14 and am still waiting for them to repair my washer on March 1. Today, March 1 they called me and have scheduled a service call for Monday March 7. That is almost a month. They have been out twice and failed to fix it. the first time they had to order a part The second time they installed the part and said the part was defective and they had to order the same part again. They would not return my phone calls until I complained to Maytag and they finally called me and said they had filled up their appointments and could not get back out until March 7. My washer has been sitting full of stinky water for 3 weeks. If you have any choices do not use this service.
PS:Well on March 17, Shelton finally delivered my replacement washer after failing to fix my previous one that was under warranty. It took one month and 6 days which was 5 attempted repairs. They also would not reinstall my dryer even though they had to uninstall it to FIX the washer. HA! Also this appliance service was previously called hahns appliance service repair but they have changed the name to sheltons as mr. hahns first name is shelton. If you look up hahns appliance repair they also got horrible reviews from customers. Apparently if you didn't buy your appliance from them they don't care about fixing it for you. I wish I could give them 0 stars instead of 1 star.

Provided by YP.comThese people are highly unprofessional, and way overpriced. I took an air conditioner in for warranty repair. After they found it was not covered under warranty they informed me that I would have to pay $55.00, or they would keep my unit. I would be fine with this had they informed me before hand. Getting blind sided like that is not a very satisfying expeience. "We have a sign in our office that says there is a service fee just to look at your appliance" they told me. I will be sure and inspect all the walls of the next service shop I go to for any hidden fees.
