Provided by YP.comCalled them at 8:10 AM she said the tech would call me when he would be there . He did 30min later . He showed up when he said he would . Checked out our AC , determined it was a bad condenser fan motor . Replaced it , check everything else , all ok . All for LESS than if I did it myself . Everyone was very courteous and well mannered . I would use them in the future !!

Provided by YP.comHad a guy come out and look at my washer and said that I need a motor control board. He said that he would call and get the price of part then get back to me to let me know the total installed price was going to be. Well a week goes by, were without a washer and I call him and find out he still hadn't gotten the price of the part. He called back finally, said that the part was going to be close to $400 to repair it. I told him no that I would put $$$ towards a new one. Later the same day I thought I would call around and see what the price of a Motor Control board cost and maybe my son and I could repair it ourselves. Come to find out, there isn't such a part that goes on my washer. WTF. Called and spoke to the owner and didn't get any satisfaction out of him. I feel like the service tech just came out to the house and told me I need a Motor Control Board and collect my $89 and off to the next call. All I want is my service call money back. So, I plan to call the BBB this week and have them to intervene for me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE WRITTING A REVIEW LIKE THIS.

Provided by YP.comstay away the guy that answered the phone was rude then when i finally got through with him on the phone he tells me i have to wait for a tech to call me back to set up a time. two hours later a guy calls me, he was polite and came to look at my dryer but didnt seem to know what was wrong he was young but still dont send people to my house if they arent properly trained. He had to call another tech and ask him on the phone what he thought was wrong. At least the guy on the phone seemed to know what he was doing cause then at least the young guy was able to go get the right part and fix it. All in all very un impressed
