Yesterday, I took a chair in to be repaired that I had purchased at Office Depot sometime in the last year or so. I was hoping maybe that it could be fixed or I might could order a part from them. The Assistant Manager, Michael was called and he came up to the front and assessed my situation. He was polite and professional the entire time I talked with him. He noted that the chair was still in excellent condition, but the hydraulics had failed. In just a few minutes time, he went to the back of the store, checked on the inventory, and I ended up with a replacement chair! Wow - that was great customer service. AND I looked at tablets while I was there and a young man named Landon explained all I needed to know about the different tablets available. I've never owned one before and I was fairly clueless. He also was polite and very knowledgeable about the products. I am buying one today! I won't go anywhere else in Tulsa for electronics or office supplies from now on. Great Place!
