BAD BAD BAD. Simply the worst! They damaged every single piece of expensive, brand new furniture we had just purchased. It was unblemished and immaculate. Now it looks used. They scratched, scraped and scuffed every bit of it. It wasn't protected at all! *PLASTIC WRAP*.... they used plastic wrap - no padding, NO BLANKETS, just plastic wrap. Ridiculous. They gave us the same excuses as they did with a previous customer who left a bad review whose furniture was damaged too. Patrick Norris, the owner, keeps a repairman on hand. Does that tell you anything? He would not even guarantee the work - because it's not professionally done. He even tried to bribe us to remove our review, then later promised to make repairs after we removed it - so we removed it, then he STILL refused to make repairs. So he's getting lots & lots more bad reviews. This guy is a jerk and deserves bad reviews. It's not ethical to LIE, CHEAT & INSULT your customers. WE ARE SUING.

Definitely beats the competitions quotes. I was worried that what I saved in price I'd lose in the quality of the work but these guys were hard workers and they took care of my stuff. Very professional. Definitely recommend.
