Alison’s litigation experience includes product liability defense, premises liability defense, and appellate work, including submissions to courts at all stages of litigation, including appellate submissions to the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has developed and implemented many business and estate plans for family enterprises, in many cases commencing with the organization of the enterprise and culminating in a sale of the family enterprise. He has structured hundreds of estate plans, ranging from multimillion dollars to more modest estates, and is well versed and experienced in trust and estate litigation. He represents several physician groups, hospitals and healthcare providers. His education in taxation and his experience in transactional law for more than 35 years has, in his opinion, served the firm's clients well.
