Industrial Solutions includes a staff of skilled professionals who have years of experience in a broad range of manufacturing disciplines. Since the founding of Industrial Solutions in 1997, we have trained over 18,000 people in 700+ companies. Our customized training programs include the full gamut of Lean tools. In addition, we have conducted over 500 “rapid improvement” or Kaizen events in which companies realize the potential of Lean Manufacturing in a short, dynamic 5-day period. In addition to consulting and training, Industrial Solutions now designs and builds custom LeanTek products which are used to implement Lean Manufacturing techniques.
