I used Domestic Aide for 1 year and was pleased with the English speaking owner/operators. Their service was wonderful and they really showed an interest in my preferences. I received calls every time they were coming and was asked several times on how the service was. Sadly, the reason why I finally made the decision to move on to another cleaning service was the language barrier of the Hispanic workers. They were good workers but I became tired of trying to communicate (specifically) on how to make a bed, clean a shower and wipe off perfume bottles. The sheet (bottom) was sometimes on sideways, the mattress pad was always crumpled up and never straightened, the top sheet was never tucked in, which is how I prefer and requested it to be and the blanket was always longer on one side than the other...just simple carelessness or not caring at all. I inevitably had to come in at the end of my busy day and re-do our bed in the master bedroom...hated that.

I 've been using DomesticAide to clean my home for about six years they do a great job of cleaning and excellent customer service.
