FRANKS IS A FRAUD! Took my vacuum cleaner there and they kept it for over four months. I called the several times about the status of my vacuum repairs. The said they tried to call me about picking it up and claimed my phone had been disconnected. I have had the same phone number for 30 years and no disconnects. The phone company backs that up. I went in within a week of when the said they called and they could not find it. The male employee was very nervous when he told me. I contacted a female employee(Susan Jones?) and she had a real attitude, was very rude. No apologies. Did not care. Told me I could buy one of the vacuums they had on the floor. These are vacuums to be repaired on the floor. So, if you take your vacuum there, that means it is up for sale! Franks is a scam/fraud place that is committing felonies. They stole and sold my 500 dollar Dyson. Go to Clean Freaks.

I’ve been trying to find replacement tools for my riccar vacumm for a vey long time. These guys had exactly what I needed. Nice couple that run the shop. I also brought the rotary head in for evaluation. They tested it and found it worked fine, I just need to bring in the andle and find out where the disconnect is. Definitely returning soon to get it repaired.

Called to get a belt for our vacuum, he didn't have a new one but found us a used one to make due. Very impressed!
