I went to this FiestaMart this morning to wash my Tahoe. I used the last stall on the south end. I first began with the soap brush and after making a few swipes, I noticed it was full of oil. I ceased using it and proceeded to wash the truck. After I got home, u could see the oil on the hood of the truck, so I returned to the car wash. I met with 2 gentlemen, one was 50 something and the other was older, white haired and balding. I explained to them the problem, and the older gentleman got real hateful telling me there was nothing they could do, it was a self serve carwash and they weren't responsible for the condition of the equipment. After exchanging a few remarks, the younger of the 2 asked what I would like them to do. I told them all I wanted was my truck rewashed. Reluctantly, the older of the 2 agreed and rewashed the truck. I feel the customer service at this car wash stinks (just like the soap brush). Hey guys, treat your customers like you want to be treated.
