01 FEB 2007 1:42 PMI have bought/sold houses three times now in three different Oklahoma counties. This company is by far the worst. As of this review I am less than 24 hours out from signing and this title company has not yet informed me of a time scheduled for the closing. The receptionist fields all of the calls with no results other than voice mail. Today alone I have called and left messages with either the receptionist or by voice mail at the following times: 9:25, 11:46, and 1:00. Additionally, my wife and realtor have placed many calls today and over the past week.This company thrives on apathy or incompetence; I can only believe that political contacts between the owner and friendly realtors keep this company in business. If your time is valuable to I strongly advise you to seek another company
