General Info
Dr. Brian Torgerson is a Board Certified Pain Management and Anesthesiology physician. He was born and raised in Oklahoma. He completed his undergraduate education with a summa cum laude degree in zoology from the University of Oklahoma. From there, he earned his medical doctorate at the University of Oklahoma, College of Medicine. Dr. Torgerson completed his internship and residency in anesthesiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine and Baptist Health System. Following his residency, he was chosen for one of the most prestigious pain management fellowships, The Internal Pain Institute of Texas Tech University. There he worked under the tutelage of Dr. Gabor Racz, one of the most accomplished and respected interventional pain management physicians in the world. Since 2011, Dr. Torgerson has been practicing pain management in Tulsa where he is dedicated to using a multimodal approach to pain management to provide outstanding care for his patients. Dr. Wallace and Dr. Torgerson started The Spine and Pain Center of Tulsa in 2018. Dr. Torgerson is also an active member of the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, traveling, staying active, and coaching his daughter’s basketball team.

i have been in pain with lower back problems. Have seen several pain Doctors but just gave meds. I did not want meds and told them. Finally Dr. Brian Torgerson did. Gave me the relief i needed. now I am 100 percent pain free. Thank You so much Dr. Torgerson and staff. I have a life again.
Dr. Torgerson is the most caring, compassionate pain physician I've been to. My surgical history is very extensive with 8 surgeries, ranging from joint replacement to spine surgery. highly recommend this office to anyone needing serious pain mgmt from caring people.
He installed a Spinal cord stimulator which works great and his and his pain management skills are awesome also

Best Pain Doctor I've had!
After almost a year of debilitating pain and being of work, I had a visit with Dr. Brian Torgerson. He suggested a SI injection. I left the hospital already feeling much better. In less than one month, I am now back to work as a letter carrier walking constantly. My quality of life has increased 85%. Follow up care with him has been great. Appointments seem to be on time and he always makes time to answer questions. I have recommended him to friends and also customers on my mail route that are having similar problems.
One of the best physicians I've ever worked with for pain management. He placed a spinal cord stimulator in my back that worked miracles with head pain.
