HORRIBLE. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect by an employee of any business, let alone a MANAGER. While I was shopping, an employee named Nelly Jordan started walking around the store berating customers, demanding that they put things back on the correct shelves if they are not going to be purchased. This went on for several minutes, as I waited in line to pay for my items. Apparently, she didn't feel she was getting the message across by yelling, so she picked up the store loud speaker phone, and continued to scold customers like children, that they needed to put things back where they go. As I expressed my disgust for her behavior, the gentleman that was ringing me up, (Richard) spent the rest of the transaction trying to JUSTIFY this woman's actions, stating that "certain customers just need to be told these things." I should have walked out before completing the transaction, but had already paid for the items, so I took my purchases and left. About 10 minutes later, I came back, to speak to the manager, and return the items. To my surprise, the woman in question told me she WAS the manager. She refused to give me her name. I asked for a refund, at which point, she rudely informed me of their store policy, that no refunds will be issued. She then became abusive, and held the door open, demanding that I leave. Feeling threatened, I told her that as soon as she moved away from the door, I would. As I walked to my car, she hung out the door, screaming at me, stating "My momma is dead...you better pray that I don't find you!" Several minutes later, after I had left the property, I called the store, and asked for the name of the manager. Richard answered, and stated that he was the manager. When I called back, and AGAIN asked for the name of the woman claiming to be the manager, I was hung up on. I cannot believe that EITHER of these individuals are in charge of any business, and should both be fired. I will NEVER shop at any Dollar Tree store again.
