Does anyone know if this store is under new management/ownership? In the 11 minutes that I sat through the drive through (with 3 cars in front of me), I saw 10+ customers come and go through the store doors. Wish I could have done the same but didn't really feel like getting toddlers in and out of the carseats, and they think the drive thru is a pretty neat thing. Once I got to the window I expressed my frustration (calmly) and inquired why the rate of customers being helped in store vs. drive thru was so varied. I was not given a clear answer, only that "we have a dedicated person to the window". Very little was offered in the way of customer service and I decided to leave without ordering. Bad parenting moment of the day: I fibbed to the kids and told them the store didn't have any more donuts. I've never worked in a donut shop, but it seems to me that 4mins/order through the drive thru leaves much to be desired when each customer in the shop had an average wait time of 45 seconds.
