• Emergency Care
  If you have a problem that requires immediate attention, please call our office. If your personal physician is not available, another physician or physician extender will respond to your needs. We ask that you make all routine calls during regular office hours. A doctor is available to receive emergency calls after-hours by phoning our office number, (918) 293-6200. The answering service will refer all calls promptly to the physician-on-call, who will return your call as quickly as possible.

Gynecologists

• Gynecology
  From age 12, Dr. Heffron knew that she wanted to be a doctor. She was attracted to the opportunity of helping women with their unique healthcare needs, as well as using her surgical skills. After delivering babies for 34 years, Dr. Heffron now limits her practice to office gynecology and GYN surgery. The idea that The Women’s Health Group can genuinely make a difference in a patient’s life is ultimately why Dr. Heffron formed the practice in January of 1991. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana and earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completing her residency through Louisiana State University Medical Center.

  She completed her Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University in Chemical Engineering, but during college discovered her passion for medicine, and went on to medical school at the University of Oklahoma. While in school, she enjoyed helping women in both the clinic and the operating room, making Obstetrics and Gynecology an easy choice. She completed residency at the University of Texas in Austin Dell Medical School, where she served her final year as Chief Resident and enjoyed high risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

  As a partner at The Women’s Health Group, Dr. Lakin is particularly skilled in the areas of high-risk pregnancy, adolescent health care, abnormal pap smears/dysplasia, and preventative health care. Tracey is married to a wonderful man, Dr. Grant Cox, who is also an OB/GYN in Tulsa. They are the proud parents of fraternal twins—Joshua and Kennedy.

  Dr. Noland sees childbirth as one of the most amazing events in a person’s life. Walking through this with her patients and calling upon her knowledge and skills, allows her to really feel she is making a difference.

Internists

• Cervical Cancer
  Dr. Lakin graduated from Captain Shreve High School in Shreveport, Louisiana. She earned her bachelors degree from Baylor University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University Medical School. She completed her residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, where between 2001-2002 she was the Chief Resident and contributor to a senior resident research project on cervical cancer treatment.

  Dr. Lakin is a member of the Tulsa County Medical Society, the Oklahoma State Medical Association, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and Alpha Omega Alpha. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also certified to perform gynecological procedures using the daVinci Robotic Surgery.
• Endometrial Ablation
  The sonohysterogram (SHG) will allow your doctor to evaluate the uterus for the causes of abnormal bleeding, recurrent miscarriage, infertility, and other gynecologic problems. The SHG is often used as a pre-operative assessment for hysteroscopy and endometrial ablation.

  She is ABOG Board Eligible and certified in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery and is well experienced in robotic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She is a member of ACOG and served as a junior fellow officer during residency.
