this company calls whomever they can when they think this person may be connected to someone who has the same last name as the person they are trying to collect from. Stop calling the people to whom the bills do not belong and find the ones you need to collect from. the ones you are calling appear to be paying their bills or you would be calling them.

A pain in the the gluteous maximus. They call the wrong people and harass them when it's not their bill. I do not have Chase Visa and have never had a visa card. I have told them numerous times , we are the wrong one who owe the bill and they won't take no for an answer. If they call again, I am taping the conversation and reporting them to the BBB for Harassment. They are too lazy to track down the right people. Pay them more than $10-$13 per hour and you will get better people to work for you. I DON'T HAVE A CHASE VISA CARD OR ACCOUNT.
