I have taken my cats to Carbondale Vet hospital for years. Dr. Hallman and his staff have treated them with compassion and caring. They have done much for us. I drive across town to reach the clinic because they are so very good. He is an excellent vet.

I don't agree with the Dr. and the staff being distant. I have found them to be very warm and caring people. I have taken my dogs there for years and could not be more happy with their treatment of both me and my dogs. The best vet ever.

We have used Carbondale Veterinary Hospital for years. The doctor may not have agreat bedside manner; but he is the best vet in town. We have several pets and have always been very pleased with his work. Pam had worked there for years; she is fantastic!

The Staff is somewhat distance and so is the Doctor But I was new in town and needed a Vet. I thought 118 dollars for a checkup on my pomeranian was outrageous and the doctor and I didn't get along at all from the moment we met but I paid bill and decided I would look for another Vet. 4 months later my pom got very ill and I brought her into Carbondale only because it was close nothing more. Doctor on duty was the doctor I didn't like or trust he check out my pom did blood work ($270)said she had distemper and told me she wouldn't live thur the night. he did give me antibiotics for her which I started that evening and next day she was eating on her own two days later she was walking again. So, he did save her life but he never need what sickness she had or why...He did want to run more blood test $44 each for each blood test I said NO and never have went back. I have two cats...I will find them a Vet no matter how far I have to drive.
