This place is a gimmick. The employees a joke. Them and their cooperate office is the shit stuck to your toilet paper. The employees their are dumber than a box of nails. They dont care . I have had my car in thier shops 6 times in the last 3 months. Once 17 days another 13 days the other 4 times 12 days they had my car. I'd drive it for 3 days each time I got it back and something else occurred. I'm surprised their machanics know how to put on gloves yet alone their shoes on the right feet. I hope this place wakes up to realize their costumers is the only reasoning being why they get paychecks. I dont hate at all but I hate this place and the fact they dont care. I wish I never came here. God is great but I feel like their wicked beyond beliefs . Dont shop here like the other review says your better off shopping for a car at a JUNK YARD . Because once you walk into their buildings theirs spirits and beliefs smell and look like trash. That is all.

Horrible. The staff is rude and the company cannot live up to their own mistakes. They messed up a payment in their computer and put my account almost -$400 and then said it wasn't their problem. If you are going to buy a car here you might as well get one from a junk yard, it'll probably last longer!

I went to car mart to get my first dealership car on 9/5/13 I was informed that I was getting a good car by good car I expected it to at least drive more then 2 weeks of driving it off their lot!!! I got the car it had no oil no coolant and no free-on no big deal I put all the fluids in then a couple days later on 9/8/13 the back struts went out on the back hatch ( I got a 2001 dodge durango) again no big. Then on 9/15/13 the car just dies in the middle off the intersection and won't start back up finally after 5 mins of trying to start it kicked back on. I went straight to autozone and had them run a dianostic test I was told that the battery and the alternator was bad and I had to replace them. Of course I did and by 9/17/13 I got it running again but to my surprise the car would not drive no more then a mile and shut off on me and the check engine light was on (luckily I live not even a mile away from autozone). I had them hook their computer into the car and guess what no the PCM went out!!! The car would no longer start so I called car mart they had it towed to their mechanic shop from autozone cause I was stranded with all 5 of my kids and no other means of transportation so now I'm broke from fixing everything but the PCM, car mart towed to their mechanic who is taking their sweet time and who refuse to talk to me bout my so called car cause I'm in a contract with car mart they told me that I have to call car mart that they will not discuss anything with me!!! I have no car cause it's in the shop and they want me to continue making my 180 dollar payment every other week!!! They sell you this good for nothing warranty then your car starts going bad and guess what they don't cover ANYTHING!!!! Not to mention the car is only worth a little over 4000 dollars and I signed a contract to pay 10000 not including all the taxes and fees they added onto it!!!! I will never go back to car again and I will NEVER I mean NEVER refer anyone to them. They screw you over every way possible... Thanks car mart now I'm broke with no car and no way of getting another one!!!!
