Lovely homes and friendly service people but unfortunely not truthful people. We looked at a home and after talking with salesman we found one we liked. We were told we could put a deposit down to hold it for us till financing was all completed. We ask several times if we didn't get homebufbiur deposit would be returned. We were told by owners son yes no problem. We told them what the max our payment could be and they worked up price. After reviewing we decided that after cost of house and interest it was way to high, might as well build. And guess what we ask for deposit to be returned and they will not return the deposit. Guess we r to trusting in people, sure thought they were honest. Wouldn't advise to do business with this company.
