The facility offers detoxification, diagnostic testing and outpatient treatment services. It provides transitional and independent living options for patients. 12 & 12 offers individual therapy services and conducts educational sessions. The facility provides counseling and chemical dependency services for people to cope with alcohol and drug addictions. It offers vocational training, financial assistance and life skills training services. The facility provides psychiatric care services for individuals with depression. It offers anger and stress management, grief and relapse prevention services. 12 & 12 is affiliated with Tulsa Chamber of Commerce and Tulsa Area United Way. The facility is accredited by The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission.
