A beautiful addition to Tulare, CA! HUD subsidized housing for low-income senior citizens is just what we needed here. The building is very clean and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's close to shopping and pharmacies, and is directly across the street from the city bus station. Driving by, we thought it was a hotel or nursing home because the landscaping and building are so beautiful. Inside is just as beautiful. I highly recommend this place if your senior loved ones are looking for an affordable apartment to live in.
