Truly crooks, ripped me off big time. I would not buy from them again. Changed my contract after I signed it. This was my third trailer I bought from them too. Never again!!!!!!

I purchased a 2005 Wildcat 5th wheel trailer from Magic touch new. From the beginning their was no hassle pricing, Fantastic service. While heading to Arizona on vacation I had problems with my trailer pulled in and they got right on it and I was back on the road with in two hours and they worked on it for an hour or longer. The bill was more than reasonable. Can't go wrong with them!

I have NEVER dealt with a company as unprofessional as Magic Touch RV. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM FOR REPAIR!!! I dropped my travel trailer off to have the slide out fixed and they kept it for 30 days and did nothing but tear the underbelly out and disconnect the motor. I called 4 times and left messages to check status and no one returned my calls. Finally drove to their shop after 2 weeks and was told they were ordering parts and would be fixed shortly. 2 weeks later I called and spoke with the guy who told me that he was ordering the parts. He said that they were not sure which parts needed to be ordered. 30 DAYS!!!! and they had not even ordered any parts. I told him that I was going to come and pick the trailer up in the morning and he said to go ahead and come and get it. Showed up and they had not even put the screws back in the underbelly. Told me if I wanted the screws back in to come back in 3 days to pick it up!!! Had to pull this way to get it out of there! BAD DEAL!
