Concentra is using optional and D.O.T. rejected B.M.I calculations to systematically send every obese driver to expensive sleep apnea testing ($300-$3000). Then onto a potential lifetime of having a cpap.

Going here is required by Metro to apply for a job but if you do so and you are large you will find your current job endangered due to having a 3 month medical card issued with a gigantic bill to pay in short order to get into "compliance" to Concentra's optional rules. This has directly endangered my current job by shortening my licence with optional requirements for a medical card when I already had a good one.

This has resulted in Concentra literally getting in front of my ability to pay rent and buy food so that I can keep the job I already have. I have literally had to make arrangements to borrow money for rent to pay for this sleep clinic. I have the option to give up applying to Metro and pay for a second opinion at a place that doesn't make up it's own requirements to replace my already good card or choose not to pay rent to get into compliance for the *chance* to be hired by Metro. This is definitely something that is worth investigating for a lawsuit. Concentra has done more damage to my well being than any entity has done in a decade. Concentra while it uses the optional parameters is anathema to your ability to retain your career. These guys can literally destroy your life.
