Terrible. There were three sales associates on the floor at the time; the male hung in a corner doing nothing, one of the girls said hello at the start but never said a word again, and the other girl we got stuck with was a snobby, stuck up girl. She was awfully rude, and acted like we were a waste of her time. I went up to the front to ask a question on the engraving price of a globe, and she looked at me, resumed doodling on a piece of paper for a minute, then answered with a short "It depends." Then, while ordering, I asked whether the font matters, and she said it didn't, then when it came time to pay, she added six dollars because it was a "premium" font! I had to spend five minutes explaining that I didn't know the font was different, and she huffed a little, changed the font on the order form, and added ten minutes to our waiting time for the font change from premium to standard. I hadn't even placed the order or paid yet, so they definitely hadn't start, but she added ten minutes anyways! Old staff was way better.

I love that store, but I hate the lady who works there. She is rude and very unprofessional. I ordered a couple of glasses, and I had a design in mind. She told me I was very picky, and tried to rush me to pay. I was about to leave and go to another Things Remembered store. If you want good service, I really advise you to go to another store. The one in Northgate mall is a lot smaller, but they have great service and very kind sellers.
