I can't even give them one star!!Had my RV for over a month they waited a week to even start, after I paid $150 to rush it there by the scheduled start date. We live in our Motor home and they couldn't of cared less ! All I heard was how they hated working on RVs and how it got dumped in their lap. They would not work with my warranty company to get paid, they insisted on cash.I paid 18,800k for the repair and will only get 9k of that from my warranty company, some if it due to poor communication between them, us and warranty. I picked up my RV to find it infested with mice,they told me they got it that way. I live in the RV and would have known if I had mice. I believe they left the door open in their shop. I found a hole in one of my countertops that was not their before, when I told the ser ice manager this he did not even want to go look at it.. To my Horror the RV was filthy with black greasy fingerprints and smudges on the dash, leather seats, blinds and bed ! It took me 2 days to clean it and the dash and blinds are still black. I believe they ran the RV without putting the engine covers back in place because every surface and all the day and night blinds were covered in black soot.I feel violated, I honestly do, there were drawers open and I have a large CD book missing. I tried to complain and they offered nothing not even an apology. I was pretty much told I had to prove the hole wasn't there before !!! Please go elsewhere !!!!I have no faith that with all the work they claimed had to be done that they did the job right, I am very worried about that with the attitude from the beginning and the. Shop super user was very rude, and all the we hate motorbikes. They run two shifts there and still took a month to repair a bad head. and How fast they put it back together. I would tell anyone that will listen to take their Motor home elsewhere !!If I had it to do over I would of taken it to Freightliner and payed a little more. I can't believe how many times they complained about it yet charged a very pretty penny for the work. I am worried now thAt I submitted this review that if I need any documents I would be hard pressed for assistance. They got their money and all else is on me.I want to add that it is just the shop in Tukwilla, the power systems department. I was treated nicely and dealt with honestly at their Chehalis branch.
