Don't even bother going here. I took in two pair of earrings to have the settings changed to screwbacks. They told me it would be $102.00 for both pair (I double checked it was for both pair and that was the total cost). I returned three days later to have it done (they had to order the settings), and they had only ordered one size of each instead of two pair. Stupid. So I got a call a day later saying it would cost an ADDITIONAL $210...making the total about $312 before tax. What??? They didn't even apologize for making a mistake. So now to get my refund, I have to make yet another special trip to the mall to deal with these jokers. If they can't figure out what to order, how to order it, and how much it will cost, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything, nor would I trust them not to lose my diamonds.
