Over all we had a great experience. they had many choices and lots of books for us to look through for other styles to order. my wife and i bought a new bedroom set and mattress. we picked out a mattress that was about $500 less than the one we liked at Macys. the sales staff was friendly and helpful. they gave us a great deal. I will definitely be going back next time I need furniture.

I went to the store to get a dining table at the end of last month. I found my shopping experience pretty good. Nice customer service, great variety of goods, good prices. Staffs were friendly. They helped me a lot not only by giving me an explanation about the products but also by listening to my story, what I need and what I want it to be like. And the prices are reasonable. Im definitely going there to buy other furniture again!

I ordered a dresser from this company 3 weeks ago, and the manager of the store told me that it would be here in a week. This seemed quick so I questioned that again and was assured that it would only take a week. When I called back 2 weeks later, they still hadn't ordered my furniture and told me that it would be in on that friday or monday. When monday afternoon came and I still hadn't received any communication from anyone working there, I went in person and the worker assured me that he spoke with the owner and he would be personally bringing my dresser up the next day. Next day, still no call, when i stop by I am told that it arrived, I arrange for a vehicle to pick it up, only to be called and told that it isn't there and asked if i wanted the color that they had instead. Owner was supposed to call me today, and that also did not happen. Still waiting on this simple piece of furniture, and tired of not being given the truth by anyone I have dealt with. I have wasted way more time

Horrible customer service. Don't go there as they are dishonest and don't keep their word. Purchased a sectional which arrived with a tear in the leather. Called to let them know. Was offered a 10% discount and was asked to call back with invoice number and credit card info for refund as they don't keep credit card numbers. Somehow, a refund appeared on my credit card statement without me having to give them my information. Not sure how they found it. However, the refund was for $35 on an $848 purchase. When I called to ask them, they said they can't do anything about it and can't give an explanation on how they came up with that number. To sum up, they are very dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you walk into their store, they can be the nicest person but once they have your money, they don't care about you.

Two months after delivery and the seams of the couch had popped open. I called in the warrenty. It took MONTHS of me having to call them (They would NEVER call me) to finally get an answer. I sent pics of the damage TWICE. Finally they said the warrenty would cover it. They came and got the couch but only sent ONE person. I had to help remove it and load the couch onto the truck! They also did not have any paperwork to show they were taking it! I was promised a call back and delivery date for the replacement. I got neither! When i confronted the manager about this he BLEW UP AT ME yelling about how he was hungry and his head was full of other business. He claimed we damaged it and he had to fight the company to get it replaced (after his people already said it would be covered under warrenty) and would deliver it at HIS convinence or i could take him to court. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They do NOT care about you! Once they have your cash you are dead to them.
