Great company! I read the other review and it sounds like a case of a Flooring contractor not knowing his hardwood grades. There is no A & B grading in Hardwood flooring. Cascade doesn't grade the lumber, those are set by manufacturing associations like the NOFMA or MFMA. Next time hire a good contractor, and don't let them blame a distributor on his mistake. Two thumbs up for Cascade Pacific!

The wood we purchased to start our flooring... was 95% beautiful for select grade - but could have more longer lengths which seems to be short in supply from box to box.3/4 through the job.. the wood quality is no longer of select grade, the color is off and the boards have 9-10 knots in each board. I could not be more disapointed. Our installer is having difficulty with the supplier (Cascade) in getting the orginal quality to complete the job. Cascade is now difficult to work with to return the inferior wood sold as A&B grade - it is not. I'm not sure how this project is going to end or if my floor will be completed and when. I would not buy from this company.
