After dealing for a year with Mr. Willman, I would rate the attorney part at C+, the office competency at a C- and the billing aggressiveness at a B+ (lots of charges for file reviews, forwarding emails, unanswered phone calls...fillers in other words). In hindsight I would say you can do better on the performance/price ratio.
