Yeah, 'whoopsies' just caused me additional grief at the passport office because I pay extra to take a new photo that I wasn't prepared for (translation: looked like hell and short on time). She had also told me the photo department was only open until 8 and I found out later it was open until 10. I don't want to support a business that hires children who don't want to work and don't want to do their work competently.
