This company is a shame. Please check the BBB before doing any business with them. They will take up to a year before being close to getting your cabinets. Almost a year and I still don't have my cabinets. They have no business being in business. I guarantee, you will regret doing business with this company. Consider yourself warned.

I researched (quite extensively) several cabinet companies around Tucson searching for the best cabinets at a reasonable price and Under Budget Cabinets provided the best overall quality and service. Their prices weren't bad either! I will recommend Under Budget Cabinets to any friend thinking of remodeling their kitchen or bathroom.‎

Under budget cabinets are no good! My mother ordered her cabinets on Novemeber 2009. She was told it would be 8-10 weeks which went by and she didn't hear from them. After many phone calls and messages that were never returned, she did get a hold of them and they told her the cabinets weren't in and rescheduled the install date. This went on until April 2010 and I had heard enough, we went down to get her money back. The owners, father and son, gave us some sad story about Brian trying to steal their customers and if we just wait another couple weeks, they could install the cabinets. I was too fed up with the excuses and delays, they returned the money she had paid but they never canceled the credit agreement. We had to file a dispute through the credit company. What an absolute waste of time and money. DO NOT use under budget cabinets! They are dishonest, lying thieves!!

I HAVE filed a complaint with the BBB, and next I am going to AAG. After reading the review by lbrodrick on city search and ditch on superpages I am shocked!. Same story, but a few differences. 11 weeks went by phone calls never returned, so I went in person expecting the company closed. Wow, they were still in business, so I talked to a manager and he said the manufacturer lost my order, and it would be at least 8 more weeks. They agreed to cancel the order, as it was never placed, and to credit my charge card back. Well, it has been 6 weeks and the credit card has not been credited, and again I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I too have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. UNreliable, UNder performing, UNresponsive, UNtrustworthy, Undependable. So much for doing business with a local family run business! not recommended very bad customer service they have proven to be very unreliable and very dishonest after 4 months of being lied to still have nothing to show for it other than anti depressants and alot of cryin and headaches no stars at all
