Selection of products seems great online. Beware of bait and switch. I ordered furniture. Shipping was fast, but what arrived did not match the stated of illustrated advertisement. What I received was significantly different (lesser) in quality, size, weight, shelving and functionality. The company said they were sorry for their mistake but have not offered any reason for the switch. They agreed to a full refund, but won't issue it promptly, which is typically illegal, and will not do a full pick up of the substituted furniture unless I move it out of my home first. So i am expected to spend extra money to move unwanted furniture in and back out of my house, at my expense and time, for only a promise of a refund. They do not offer any reason for the bait and switch, the owner is rude, and he actually tried to lay blame on me. I guess in his store, misrepresentation and misleading customers is ok.
